Having been in the telecommunications industry from 1997, Julia realised that there was a niche in the market which required her specific skillset, as she found that persons working within the telecommunications industry only concentrated on the “sale” and gave little or no attention to the “after sales” services which are as critical a service as the sale.
It was for this overwhelming reason that she made the decision to resign from her position with Cellc Service Provider and registered her own company.
